Exterior Before/After NJ interior Desginer

Did you know that as an interior designer I can also help you with the exterior curb appeal of your home? Check out this before and after!  So what did I do here? First we got rid of the tree that was right in front of the steps.  We removed the dated brick and picked out stone and selected a grey'/blue color for new Hardie Plank siding.  We swapped out shutters for chunky white molding around the windows.  And the new door and portico made a world of difference!  Took a total of about 3 weeks:

Finishing Touches

Do you need help making your house a home?  I can help with the finishing touches- art on the wall, styling your bookshelves, decorating your coffee table or console table, or finding the perfect something for your mantle. 

The package includes an in-home visit where I will measure the space and discuss budget and style preferences.  Then I will shop for all décor and accessories, come back to your home for a day of styling and return all unused items.

Thanks to Facebook Memories, I was reminded that it has been exactly one year since demo started on our kitchen renovation.  So I had to dig up a couple of before photos to illustrated where we started and where we ended with our project!  It's pretty amazing to think that the bottom photos became our current dream kitchen.  It took 2 years of planning and then 5 months of construction but it was all worth it in the end!

Using Greenery in your home - Bergen County NJ decorator

I love spaces that include greenery which really breathes life into any room! This living room really inspires me in so many ways- I love the furniture, rug and artwork but also how there is that fabulous fiddle leaf tree in the corner and several other pots of greenery spread out around the room. I feel like if you were to take all of the plants away the room would be lacking something; it's the perfect finishing touch!

Since I kill all living plants I will be ordering this fiddle leaf tree for my own house and can't wait for it to arrive!  If you are local to Bergen County area let me know if you'd like me to add one to my order.  The  tree is 28" wide and 48" tall and comes with the cool concrete cube.  The total is $225 and you can pick up at my studio in Glen Rock or my Wyckoff home.
