First we got rid of the tree that was right in front of the steps. We removed the dated brick and picked out stone and selected a grey'/blue color for new Hardie Plank siding. We swapped out shutters for chunky white molding around the windows. And the new door and portico made a world of difference! Took a total of about 3 weeks:
