I recently worked with a family who moved in to a new home in Bergen County NJ that has a grand foyer. These large entryways can be intimidating to fill. This client has one larger wall to fill and then a smaller wall on the opposite side.

Remember my blog post about how greenery really elevates a space? Here is my kitchen before hosting a morning breakfast last week. My Trader Joe's had a great selection of baby's breath and greens and it was such a quick and inexpensive way to add a little something special to my console table.

Exterior Before/After NJ interior Desginer

Did you know that as an interior designer I can also help you with the exterior curb appeal of your home? Check out this before and after!  So what did I do here? First we got rid of the tree that was right in front of the steps.  We removed the dated brick and picked out stone and selected a grey'/blue color for new Hardie Plank siding.  We swapped out shutters for chunky white molding around the windows.  And the new door and portico made a world of difference!  Took a total of about 3 weeks:
