I am loving the nursery project that I’ve been working on for a client who is doing a renovation on her Bergen County home. Here is a rendering of her little boy’s room that will soon be a reality as they move in next month!

I am loving this interior design project that I’ve been working on for my client’s 3 year old daughter. She loves pink and I was up for the challenge of creating a pretty pink room for her! Here is a rendering of the space that will be ready in about a month!

Bergen County NJ decorator- Dining Room Preview

I’ve been working with a wonderful client who purchased a home in Bergen County NJ in need of some updates. The size of the rooms are great but just haven’t been updated in a long time. So I wanted to share where we are now and where we started from with her dining room. So here is the tiny preview:

And here is the dining room on the day that I met the client a couple of months ago:

So first we had the wallpaper removed (although I must admit I thought the wallpaper had a very Anthropologie type of vibe going for it). Then we had wainscotting installed and the walls were painted a gorgeous blue/grey to contrast with the White Dove wainscotting. Next were the light fixtures - I paired a black chandelier with black sconces. I LOVE them both!! We are doing upholstered chairs for the 2 heads of the table and then black wooden chairs for the sides of the table. There will be a beautiful natural oak table coming soon so that I can share more of the room and a full reveal soon!!

2018 Wrap up - Bergen County NJ interior designer

As I reflect on my first year as a Northern NJ interior designer, I am so grateful for all of the clients who welcomed me into their homes and worked with me to transform a space. It has been a busy year with lots of fun projects - many of which are still on-going into the new year. I have two big projects that I’ve been working on for the past couple of months that involved a renovation and multiple rooms. So I will have lots of new photos to share in the coming weeks.

I look forward to 2019- I already signed up for a 2 day interior design workshop in March and have a couple of clients who will be starting on renovations in the spring. So stay tuned!
